Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held December 23, 2013.

Vote to open the meeting to the public.
3. Mayoral Appointments
Vote to approve the Mayor's appointments, as presented.
4. Sale of Website
Vote to authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement to sell the right, title, and interest of the "It's Happening Here" website to Evan Dobos of Picture This WebCenter for the sum of one dollar.
5. Building Department Report
Vote to accept the Building Department Report for the month of November 2013.
6. Vote to consider business presented by Department Heads.
7. Vote to consider business presented by the Mayor and members of the City Council.
